Your 45-minute Self-Defense Class at TITLE Boxing Club combines mental and physical techniques so you can successfully escape, resist and survive a violent attack. Your class begins with a five minute warm up session followed by an introduction to the basic techniques you can use to maximize your options and neutralize an attacker, taught by TITLE trainer.
This fourth degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, a first degree Black Belt in Kenpo Karate, and a one-time Kansas City Toughman Champion will show you simple techniques to use to get away, including: Palm heel strike, elbows as weapons, using knees and foot stomping.
As a group, you’ll be shown how to safely use these techniques. Next, you’ll be paired up to practice what you’ve learned so you can confidently ward off an attack.
The most important aspect of self defense is common sense. Your class closes with critical thinking, defense and safety strategies to help you avoid being put in a comprising situation.
Once you’ve connected with your inner strength and power, you’ll leave empowered knowing you can take action for your own protection. Strike a blow against violence. Sign up today.
