What To Expect With TITLE Boxing Club Brighton Fitness Program
Expect support! We offer you an explosive physical fitness program with more than just your average health club look or feel. We are a team of personal trainers who will support you through every punch, kick and pound lost. You can BURN up to 1000 calories/hour in our "Power Hour". Our go at your own pace approach allows you to build confidence, gain strength and reach your goals with solid support and motivation along the way. Kickboxing. Boxing and Personal Training Classes
Boxing and Kickboxing classes available every week. Each class is 1 hour long with the same format for your fitness program.
- First 15 minutes: Warm Up. Total body stretching, jogging, calisthenics, jumping, lunging, squats, and more. The warm up is to raise your heart rate and get you sweating!
- 30 minutes on the Bag: You can do boxing or kickboxing depending on your preference. This portion is divided into 3-minute rounds of basic boxing/kickboxing combinations and a 1-minute “active rest” giving you a small break without dropping your heart rate.
- The Last 15: Core and Cool Down. Using a medicine ball and the resistance of your body weight we finish the workout sculpting your body!
What do you need for class?
- Hand wraps - Available for purchase before class for $5.00
- Boxing gloves - These are provided for you.
- Workout clothes
