Called the Power Hour, each boxing, kickboxing and mixed marital arts fitness class delivers total body workouts that will burn up to 1,000 calories. Whether this is your first time or you have experience, you'll build confidence, technique and learn self defense from the pro in your corner motivating you to succeed.

Boxing

Get fit without the hit. Join this class to learn to move and jab and lose that flab. Your professional trainer will teach you the best techniques of hitting the heavy bag. Designed in rounds, these interval training classes provide variety for the highest excitement levels as you alternate between punching, cardio and abdominal rounds. Choose low or high impact—either way you're sure to burn calories and have fun. *Requires hand wraps and gloves.

Kickboxing

Kick your workout up a notch with Kickboxing. Discover how to strengthen your entire body with punch–kick–punch combinations. This explosive workout is fun and easy. Your professional kick–boxer will teach you the fundamentals using heavy bags. Begin learning technique while you warm-up, then take what you learn to the bag, finished with a core strengthening and abdominal round and cool down. With each hour–long class, the pounds and inches will melt away. *Requires hand wraps and gloves.

Mixed Martial Arts

Give yourself a fighting chance with our hour long Mixed Martial Arts classes. Classes are designed after Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Tai and more. Mental conditioning combined with strength training provides a total body workout. This class will take you to the ring for an hour–long session of true physical fitness. Protective gear and mouthpieces are required in this class as you grapple with others. Plus, you'll get fit while learning new techniques you can use inside the gym, and outside to protect yourself.

Prefer one-on-one, intense training? Go toe–to–toe with a personal trainer who will champion your fitness goals. After assessing your fitness level and skills with what you ultimately desire, your personal trainer will develop a program that's just right for you. With every kick, jab and punch, you'll be knocking down pounds and inches on your way to the best shape of your life. Just beware—when you get attention inside TITLE Boxing Club, you better be prepared to get noticed outside the club.
