We all have goals but do not know where to start.....Well come on in to TITLE Boxing Club in Uptown Dallas Texas, we have the fitness professionals to guide you and help you get started on creating a new you!  We are not a boxing gym, we are a transformation gym that specializes in boxing and kickboxing as a means of HIIT which is High Intensity Interval Training.  We will take you through power, speed, plyo work, foot work, and engage every part of your body creating a workout that will leave you feeling worked and begging for more!  Our facility takes a state of the art approach to fitness yet still emphasizes on some of the old school methods of training, if we don't have it you don't need it!
