We are located in Herdon Centre conveniently located at Elden St and Post St near Mom's Organic Market, Kmart and Big Lots. We are between Three Thai Sushi and the ACE Learning Center.

TITLE Boxing Club Herndon offers explosive total body boxing and kickboxing work outs during which members can burn up to 1,ooo calories per class. Personal training is also offered as well as unlimited access to our basic cardio exercise equipment and free weights.

TITLE Boxing Club Herndon is open seven days a week and offers our signature Power Hour boxing and kickboxing classes twenty-five times during the week. Led by highly qualified and experienced trainers, our Power Hour schedule each week is as follows:

Folks we have heard you and have changed our Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 am Kickboxing classes to 9:30 am. We have also added Kids classes on Monday at 2:30pm and Saturday at 3:00pm and a Boxing Fundamentals Class on Friday at 1:30pm.
