What is your favorite workout (boxing/kickboxing)?

I'm maybe 70/30 toward boxing


What is your favorite workout technique?
punch combos, without a doubt


What part of the POWER HOUR workout do you enjoy the most:
Warm-up, Punching/kicking, Core Strengthening with medicine ball, Abs, Stretch, Cool Down, When it's Over


How did you feel after your first workout?
I was hurtin' ... my legs cramped up.


How do you feel after your workouts now?
Like I'm ready to take on the world ... sometimes I'll spend another 10-15 minutes on the treadmill.

How often do you hit the gym?
Once or twice a week, I really want to work in a third visit, but my schedule is super busy.


What keeps you coming to the club?
The challenge and the camaraderie. There are two-three people here whom I knew previously and from elsewhere, including one friend I have known since KINDERGARTEN!!!

What advice would you give to a new Member about the POWER HOUR workouts?
Pace yourself! Resist the temptation to keep up with those around you... just measure your own progress and consistency. Enjoy the moment and tune out the world...
