What To Expect With Title Boxing Club Liberty, Your Health Club with a KICK!
We offer OVER 4o Boxing and Kickboxing classes each week. Each class is 1 hour long and follows the same format!
- The first 15 minutes: Warm Up. A Full Body stretching, jogging, calisthenics, jumping, lunging, squats, ect. The purpose is to get your heart rate up and to get you sweating!
- 30 minutes on the Bag: Boxing or Kickboxing. This portion is set up in 3-munite rounds that consist of basic boxing/kickboxing combinations and then a 1-minuite “active rest.” The “active rest” gives you a break without dropping your heart rate.
- The Last 15: Core and Cool Down. Using a medicine ball and body resistance we finish the workout strong by sculpting your body!
Choose any class that works with your schedule and arrive 15 minutes early. We will help you wrap your hands and introduce you to the trainer!

Title Boxing Club of Liberty is a health club that offers a class to fit everyone’s schedule and fitness needs. If you are looking for a high intensity total body fitness class the Power Hour will help you burn fat and lose weight by burning up to 1000 calories! Our kickboxing classes are over the top cardio routines utilizing a combination of kicking, punching and heavy bag action. The personal trainers will get your blood pumping and body sweating. We work with all fitness levels and can help you reach your fitness goals.
Burn Mega Calories-with Power Hour fitness class you can burn up to 1000 calories and tone your entire body as you boost your metabolism. It is a high-power cardio workout that is great for weight loss and getting your body in shape, fast.
Reduce Stress-kick and punch your stress away within minutes by engaging in our high-energy kickboxing class. Kickboxing will provide you with a total body workout by challenge several core muscle groups allowing you to find your body’s balance.

Energy Boost-Title Boxing Club of Liberty's Power Hour, kickboxing workout and boxing workouts are high-energy routines that give both your body and mind a much needed boost and increase your energy.
Improved Coordination-strengthen your core, improve your reflexes and coordination skills with our fitness classes. The core muscles of your abdominal wall are targeted with kickboxing classes and because use your waist and abs for balance you will soon notice improved coordination and strength.
If you are under 18, you will need a parent or guardian to sign the Guest Registration Form prior to trying your first class.
In case of snow or other winter weather, we will take our cues from the Liberty School District.
If Liberty schools cancel classes we will be closed for the day.
