Christian Claudio

Christian Claudio has over 20 years of experience and a unique background in athletic performance type sports. With over 14 years of athletic experience in World-Class competition and 3 years of professional coaching in combat athletic performance, Christian understands the requirements for athletic success. He places a priority on building strong communicative relationships with every athlete and aggressively develops their mental focus, physical preparation and athletic performance.  Although born in Puerto Rico, Christian Claudio was raised in Oklahoma, where he attended Putnam City High School and then University of Oklahoma, where he was a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity, and from where he graduated in 1995. He was Oklahoma State Taekwondo Champion in the Middle or Heavy weight division from 1988 until 1994. Christian also was on the Puerto Rican National Olympic Team as an alternate for 1996 Games in Atlanta and was the team Heavy Weight for the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia. No stranger to adversity, Christian was forced to resign from the team due to injury. This experienced gave Christian the complete understanding of what an amateur athlete goes through in order to be a champion. It’s no wonder Christian is one of the most sought after Sports Performance Specialist in the country. Christian’s method also known as the Claudio Method, is the combination of High Intensity and Low Intensity Intervals tempo training specifically designed to each individual athlete’s sports position.
