Cisco knows Boxing, Jujitsu and Muay Thai. He earned his JiuJitsu black belt under Steve Crawford. He is a former trainer for Federal and local S.W.A.T. Team officers in hand-to-hand combat and strength and conditioning.
He’s been a trainer for a high school, a community college and several well known franchise gyms in the city. And he’s been a professional cut man and corner man for six years, working and sparring with some of the Midwest’s best amateur and pro fighters. Now he’s in your corner. “Everyone needs a cornerman in life like a fighter does in the ring.
My vision is to help you see your potential and get a passion for life. With that, you can win the battles that life can bring” explains Cisco. When you step into the heavy bag station with Cisco, you better be prepared for an intense and energetic POWER HOUR. He will pull from his extensive background in Mixed Martial Arts and boxing to show you a variety of striking, kicking and punching techniques for a well rounded, exciting workout.
Don’t worry if you don’t know any of the moves, like a good cornerman—Cisco has your back. “I have a passion for people and my community. I have been in the fight game and fitness for over a decade and I’m committed to healthy living both inside and outside the gym,” he says. “I’m going to help you dig deep and reach your highest level of fitness. If I see you’re struggling with a technique, I’ll pull you aside to make sure you get the most out of every exercise.”
