Lee’s Summit TITLE Boxing Club Helps Annie Stay Fit & Healthy.
Overland Park, Kansas, January 19, 2010. Like many people, Annie was reluctant to join TITLE Boxing Club. At the continued urging of General Partner, Danny Campbell, she did—and her life changed.
“I had several emails with Danny when I was considering going but I objected to signing up for a long time. He stuck to his advice originally given, ‘Go once—you will be convinced,’” she explains. “He was right. I went once and loved it! I have been going now since October and it has done so much for me in so many ways.”
Annie joined the Lee’s Summit TITLE Boxing Club. A runner, she always thought she was in fair shape. After one week at TITLE Boxing Club, she discovered she wasn’t.
“After one class I was hooked and I’ve never felt better. I plan to keep it up and HIT IT HARD!” she exclaims. “I totally love it and now I understand why Danny so strongly recommended I get a membership.”
As a primary care physician, Annie sees patients all day who have the usual intentions of exercising and dieting. Now that she knows the POWER HOUR works, she is recommending the fitness workouts to everyone.
“I turned 60 in October and if I can do it, anyone can. I am convinced anyone who WANTS to can do this program. Each and every day someone says I look great and asks what I do, and I advise people to try TITLE Boxing Club,” explains Annie.
Annie plans to run Hospital Hill’s half marathon, a challenge she hits every year since moving to Kansas City, but she says she is addicted to TITLE Boxing Club and will not miss any of her workouts, even while training for the run.
“Age is not a barrier. I never thought that I would do kickboxing but although I am not very good at it, my bodybugg says I use at least 980 calories per workout or as high as 1050! And the staff at Lee’s Summit totally rock. I can’t thank everyone with TITLE enough,” concludes Annie.
If you’ve been waiting to take your first shot, free, don’t. Get to the club near you now to experience the explosive total body POWER HOUR workouts that get results. Like Annie says, there’s no excuse not to give it a try—you just might find you love it as much as she does.
