The new fitness club in Texas is the first on a second floor in revitalized Uptown Dallas.
Overland Park, KS. April 24, 2012— The first TITLE Boxing Club to be on a second floor opened in Uptown Dallas on March 14, 2012. The 5,774 s.f. fitness club is conveniently located between Douglas and Knight St. on Lemmon Ave. above Buffalo Wild Wings. New franchise owner and TITLE Boxing Club member, Brian Casad of 3CS Fitness LLC., is making a difference and sharing the workout that worked for him.
“I knew the POWER HOUR was effective because of the transformation I experienced from this intense workout when I lived in Kansas City,” explains Brian. “I can already see the difference it is making and I’m really excited to bring boxing and kickboxing fitness to Uptown Dallas."
Casad realized his dream to return to Dallas and offer people the chance to get in the best shape of their life, like he did. The Uptown Dallas TITLE Boxing Club joins the six Dallas area fitness clubs. Inside the impressive second story facility is a heavy bag station supporting 60 bags, a boxing ring, cardiovascular equipment and free weights. Instead of training fighters, this equipment is used strictly for fitness and weight loss.
Members who join the Uptown Dallas TITLE Boxing Club will work out in groups in the POWER HOUR at the heavy bag station. These total body boxing and kickboxing group fitness classes are led by trained professionals. Members can burn up to 1,000 calories in just one hour depending on their effort and fitness level. A retail shop inside the club provides all the gear and equipment necessary to HIT IT HARD®.
“We opened in the middle of March and we could not have imagined the growth we have had. With the member transformations already taking place, the word about TITLE Boxing Club Uptown is starting to go viral,” says Casad.
Women and men of all ages and fitness levels are invited to try a POWER HOUR boxing or kickboxing fitness class for free. No experience is necessary, and qualified trainers will demonstrate technique for a safe, effective workout. Handwraps and gloves are required for the class, both may be purchased at the retail shop and gloves are available on loan for the class.
