Liberty TITLE Boxing Club
Overland Park, Kansas, December 15, 2011— The 10th TITLE Boxing Club in the Kansas City metro area opened at 6:00 a.m. in Liberty, Missouri today. The newest fitness club north of the river is located at Highway 152 and Flintlock between Best Buy and Chipotle and is a fitness franchise owned by Ron and Catherine Sadler.
“The area was ripe for a TITLE Boxing Club. The Sadlers held a soft opening yesterday and signed 50 members in just six hours, that’s a record on an opening day. Today is the first day of classes and we expect great things from this TITLE Boxing Club franchise,” says Danny Campbell, co-founder of TITLE Boxing Club.
The Liberty TITLE Boxing Club is 6,000 square feet and features a 54 heavy bag station, TITLE Boxing ring, cardio machines, free weights, and a full retail shop. Members can choose from a one, two or three year membership affording them access to unlimited boxing and kickboxing POWER HOUR fitness classes. Personal training can also be scheduled for members.
The POWER HOUR boxing and kickboxing fitness classes are led by professional trainers. Members follow their lead in hour-long classes that combine boxing and kickboxing techniques with cardio and plyometric exercises to help members burn up to 1,000 calories in each workout. Results are guaranteed to those who work out three times a week.
