Overland Park, Kansas, January 28, 2010. TITLE Boxing Club is opening in Polaris, Ohio on January 31, 2011. This is the eighth TITLE Boxing Club, the second in Ohio, and will be located at 8481 Sancus Boulevard, Columbus, Ohio.
This TITLE Boxing Club opens just two and one half months after the first Hilliard, Ohio TITLE Boxing Club was opened November 15, 2010. The franchise group is bringing the POWER HOUR to Ohio by offering explosive total body boxing and kickboxing workouts designed by professional boxers. These fitness classes can help a member burn up to 1,000 calories in just one hour. The first week of classes at the Polaris TITLE Boxing Club are scheduled for 12:00 p.m., 5:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., more classes will be added as members join the club.
These are not fight gyms; they are fitness clubs using boxing and kickboxing techniques with heavy bags. Members put on gloves, step up to the heavy bag and use punch and kick-punch combinations to burn calories. Membership affords unlimited access to the POWER HOUR group boxing fitness and kickboxing fitness classes, as well as the cardio machines and free weights. Personal training sessions are also available for an additional fee and are offered in the Title Boxing ring. Gloves are offered on loan and members can buy all the gear and clothing they need in the retail shop.
Individual and family memberships are available in one, two and three year agreements. The first class is always free so a person may try the workout before they join. The first 100 people who join the new Polaris TITLE Boxing Club will receive free enrollment, monthly dues will apply.
This is the second TITLE Boxing Club to open in Ohio, joining the five locations open in the Kansas City metro area and one location in St. Louis, MO. A ninth club is coming soon to Parkville, MO. Members can use any TITLE Boxing Club location they like, but are encouraged to sign up at the club location they will use most.
