March 5, 2012, Overland Park, KS—The third TITLE Boxing Club franchise will open Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at 1695 Clarkson Rd., Chesterfield Mo 63017. The 5,500 square foot TITLE Boxing Club will open its doors at 5:00 p.m., for a free trial POWER HOUR class. This is the third franchise for Blue Monkey Enterprises, LLC.
The TITLE Boxing Club offers the POWER HOUR, hour long boxing or kickboxing fitness classes designed by professional boxers, kick-boxers and Mixed Martial Artists. Led by professionals, these classes use boxing and kickboxing techniques to help members burn up to 1,000 calories in each fitness class.
The fitness classes are taught in a group in a heavy bag station. Classes follow a format with a 15 minute warm-up, 30 minute one to three minute rounds of punch and/or kick-punch combinations with active rests in between rounds, followed by 15 minute core work using medicine balls and stretching.
The third location can be found at the Chesterfield Crossing shopping center on Clarkson Road next to Trader Joe's. Two other locations can be found in the St. Louis, MO metro area. These workouts can be tailored for any fitness level. The first fitness class at TITLE Boxing Club is free.
