Personal Training Boosts Traci’s Confidence as Waist/Hip Size Plummets. Feb/2009

Self-proclaimed fitness addict, Traci, joined TITLE Boxing Club in October. She noticed immediate progress, but wanted results faster, "I love it! I definitely see a difference in the shape of my body already," says Traci. "I started training with Blydell right after Thanksgiving and I've already dropped 11 pounds and lost 3 inches off my waist and hips."

More than just losing weight or inches, Traci has renewed energy and even more confidence. She's feeling better about herself, enjoying her reflection in the mirror as she gets ready to tackle each new day.

Traci credits the overall change to her lifestyle to Blydell, who she found easy to work with. He listened to her goals and put together an effective plan she could get behind.

"At our first personal training session, I asked her exactly what she wanted to accomplish, found out what her problem areas were and we worked out," explains Blydell.

"I could tell he was getting a feel for where I was at. I knew he would develop every person's schedule differently based on strengths and weaknesses," says Traci. "That first session was actually a little too easy, and he's challenged me ever since so I get the most out of our hour together."

To help Traci knock off a few extra pounds plus build muscle definition, Blydell started her on a fast acting fat burner-an explosive total body workout high in cardio. After four weeks of fat burners, he transitioned her to strength training to develop muscle. All the while, Blydell had her eating six small meals a day with supplements.

"Personal training is not just a quick fix, it's a lifestyle change that includes a healthy diet," says Blydell. "My meal plans include breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as healthy snacks to speed up metabolism. I also recommend supplements to give the body what it can't get from eating foods. For Traci, those include more protein and a multi-vitamin."

With Blydell's motivation, Traci has made a commitment to healthy living. She trains with him at the 151st & Antioch club three times a week and takes POWER HOUR classes four hours a week. She also follows the meal plan, even getting rid of carbohydrates. But it's all paying off and Traci is enjoying every minute of it.

"I've always liked to exercise. Now I've become addicted to TITLE Boxing Club and training. The best addiction to have I guess," she laughs. "This is my favorite place and probably one of my favorite things I've ever done. I just feel great."

Anyone, regardless of fitness level or experience, can make a positive change in their life. Like Blydell says, "Ain't nothing to it, but to do it."
