TITLE Boxing Club Boxing + Kickboxing Fitness Workouts

For Oleha, joining TITLE Boxing Club was a pivotal decision in her life. After a dramatic move from Denver back home to Kansas city to get out of an abusive relationship, she finally found a place where she could take out aggression, use her skills learned as a child, and see immediate fitness results. At TITLE Boxing Club, Oleha could lose and find herself again with every class. And after over a year of being trained, she's become the trainer.
"Since the age of 10, I've been heavily involved in soccer and volleyball, and for a short while at a very young age, karate and boxing," explains Oleha. Now, I want to teach other people what I've learned so I can empower them, too."
Oleha developed technical skills by going to the club an average of four times a week, mornings and evenings. Combine these skills with her motivational
nature, and you've got a trainer who has got what it takes to push members through hard workouts that constantly shock the muscles with ever-changing drills.
"I drive people to give every ounce of energy they have in the class," says Oleha. "My boxing and kickboxing POWER HOUR fitness classes are
non-stop action."
In fact, Oleha says there are no stops, no breaks. Members start with a 15 minute warm up, transition right to 30 minutes of hard core boxing or
kickboxing combinations directly to the 15 minutes of abdominal work and cool down incorporating medicine balls.
"Members love the combinations, starting off simple with jabs, crosses, and hooks, adding on to a more complex, mind-working combo, throwing in switch-knees and superman punches for fun. These get people excited. My class has a major burn-factor. Your muscles will be on fire, as will your heart and lungs. This is the epitome of total body fatigue, equaling total body success," she says.
For Oleha, there's no feeling like that of getting into shape. And she's experienced first-hand the incredible results only boxing and kickboxing fitness classes can provide.
"I got addicted to getting into shape, and the endorphin-high that I can only get at TITLE Boxing Club. Now I can inspire others to do the same thing. With my help, they get stronger and stronger every class they take, leaving each with newfound confidence because just left 'it all' on the mat. They feel themselves get faster, stronger, more knowledgeable, and that's empowering. Liberating," she says.
