"I currently live in Andover with my wife,two kids and two dogs. For as long as I can remember I have been involved in some type of sport. I grew up playing baseball and football and ran track and cross country, sports are something that have always been a part of my life. My involvement in sports at a young age and the desire for my family and friends to lead an active and healthy lifestyle is the driving force behind my continued interest in maintaining and coaching others to lead an active lifestyle. As an adult I have continued an active lifestyle and involvement in sports. I help coach my kids sports teams at the YMCA and I continue strength training, running and have enjoyed learning the elements of boxing and kickboxing. In my professional life I have ascertained an ACSM Personal Trainer Certification and I am currently pursuing a degree in Dietetics from K-State. As a personal trainer I have helped clients reach their health and fitness goals through strength training and cardiovascular development, so adding the skill of kickboxing and boxing as a fun way to get and stay fit just makes sense.
